For strong representation

For real career prospects

For a clear voice on the Staff Committee

The CTA list, composed exclusively of contract and temporary staff, was created to address a clear reality within the European Parliament: these colleagues play an essential role in the day-to-day functioning of the institution, yet remain underrepresented in staff bodies.

Our goal is to correct this imbalance.

With a list composed exclusively of contract and temporary staff, we are confident that colleagues from these categories will be elected to the Staff Committee and will be able to represent the interests of staff under these statuses in a direct, legitimate, and effective manner.

IV. Our commitment

The CTA list is committed to representing contract and temporary staff effectively, safeguarding their career prospects, and acting with transparency and accountability.

V. Conclusion

Contract and temporary staff are central to the functioning of the European Parliament.
