Mutual support
Mutual support is a fundamental principle of our collective commitment. We champion an approach based on solidarity, mutual aid and shared responsibility amongst colleagues.
In practical terms, this means:
never leaving any staff member to face professional or administrative difficulties alone;
supporting and guiding colleagues through their processes, in complete confidence;
encouraging the sharing of information, experiences and best practices;
acting collectively to defend individual cases when necessary.
We firmly believe that a strong team relies on its members’ ability to support one another, particularly during complex or sensitive times.
Our aim is to strengthen cohesion among colleagues and create a working environment where everyone feels listened to, supported and respected.
